The Conventional Coating System is engineered for precise and uniform film/sugar coating of pharmaceutical tablets, offering reliable performance across a wide range of batch sizes. The system features an interchangeable pan design with integrated drive, blower, and electrical heating arrangement to ensure controlled process conditions. Variable frequency drives (VFD) for pan for accurate control over RPM. Atomized spray system with spray gun, Solution spray pump with SS solution holding tank, ensuring uniform coating spray rate, reduced process variability, and repeatability.

Designed in compliance with GMP/cGMP standards, the machine is constructed with SS 316 contact parts and SS 304 non-contact parts, ensuring hygienic, contamination-free operation and ease of cleaning.
