A Dust Collector is an essential air handling and pollution control system designed to efficiently capture, filter, and remove dust particles generated during various industrial manufacturing and material handling processes. The unit is manufactured in high-quality SS or MS Painted construction as per process and environmental requirements, ensuring robust structure, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The system is available with Filter Bag or Filter Cartridge type filtration arrangement, selected based on application, dust characteristics, and required filtration efficiency.

The Dust Collector is equipped with an automatic air purging cleaning system incorporating Pulse Jet Valves, Air Header, Solenoid Valves, and Timer Card Controller for periodic cleaning of filter media during operation. This automatic pulse cleaning mechanism maintains optimum airflow, reduces pressure drop, and enhances filter life while ensuring consistent dust collection efficiency.

The system is designed with suitable blower capacity, filtration area, and hopper arrangement as per process requirement and system design calculations. Compact construction, easy maintenance access, efficient dust separation, and low operational noise make the system suitable for both standalone and centralized dust extraction applications.
