Centrifugal Fans and Vacuum Blowers are designed and manufactured for efficient air handling, suction, ventilation, dust extraction, and pneumatic conveying applications in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and process industries. The systems are engineered specifically as per customer process requirements, airflow capacity, static pressure, and system design parameters to ensure optimum performance and energy efficiency.
These units are widely used in applications such as Dust Collectors (DC), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Auto Coater, Vacuum Material Conveying Systems, Process Exhaust Systems, AHU Applications, and other industrial air handling operations. The blowers are available in SS or MS Painted construction depending on process conditions, environmental requirements, and application suitability.
The impeller is dynamically balanced for vibration-free operation, low noise level, and long service life. Different impeller and blade configurations such as Backward Curved, Forward Curved, and Radial Blade designs are provided based on airflow characteristics, pressure requirement, material handling properties, and overall system efficiency.
The blower assembly can be supplied with inlet or outlet dampers for precise air flow control and system balancing. Maintenance window and drain point provisions are incorporated for easy inspection, cleaning, and maintenance access during operation. The robust construction ensures reliable continuous-duty performance with minimum maintenance requirement.
Motor specifications can be provided as per customer requirement including IE2, IE3 energy-efficient motors, Flameproof (FLP) or Non-FLP execution, and suitable IP protection ratings for different operating environments and hazardous area classifications. Capacity, pressure range, motor rating, drive arrangement, and mounting configuration can be customized as per process application and customer specifications.
